The mission of the Math & Science Study Place for Achievement (SPA) is to provide free tutoring services in the disciplines of math and science and in the area of scientific writing to students of Brenau University and those in the surrounding communities.

The SPA is open daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 2:00pm on Friday.

Monday and Wednesday are prime usage days while Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are most optimal for individual assistance.

Dana Edge, director of the SPA, is available during SPA hours to tutor any of the math subject areas. Student tutors are available during scheduled times to tutor students in certain science subject areas.
