It is accessed off the small lounge on Bailey First. This is a small hall which houses a maximum of 14 women. There are single, double, and triple rooms on this floor with some shared bathrooms and some private bathrooms. These rooms vary greatly in size and have wonderful large windows. The residents of East Hall utilize the laundry, kitchen, lounge, and computer areas of Bailey Hall. There is no elevator in this hall.
